The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to follow the usage instructions, and to promptly notify of any malfunction. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in user liability.
We commit to performing services with professional diligence, respecting agreed deadlines, and ensuring data confidentiality. We reserve the right to modify rates with 30 days prior notice.
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by improper use.
Payment is made in full before the service is provided, except for contracts that stipulate otherwise. Returns are accepted only in the case of non-performance of the service according to specifications, within 14 days of invoicing.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to modify these terms, with notice on the website 15 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
